Refund Policy

Every report is a one-time, $4.99 purchase - no subscription, no recurring charge. Here's how refunds work.

If your report doesn't generate

If payment succeeds but your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we'll refund you in full. Email [email protected] with your report link and we'll resolve it within 48 hours.

If you're unhappy with your score

Because the report is an AI-generated subjective estimate delivered digitally and instantly, we can't offer refunds simply because you disagree with or are disappointed by the result - that's the nature of the product, and it's disclosed upfront before you pay. If you believe your photo was clearly misread (for example, the model failed to detect a face, or returned an obviously broken result), contact us and we'll review it manually.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email or report link used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Dodo Payments, typically within 5–10 business days.
