Privacy Policy

We built LooksMeter on a simple rule: your photo is used to generate your report, and nothing else. In fact, we don't store the photo at all - here's exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your photo, briefly - it's held in memory only for the seconds it takes to generate your score, then discarded. We never write it to disk or a database.
• Your PSL result once it's generated.
• Payment confirmation from Dodo Payments (we never see or store your card number).
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser) used for abuse prevention.

We do not sell your photo

Your photo is never sold, licensed, stored, or used to train models beyond the single analysis you requested, and it is never shared with advertisers.

Where your data lives

Your report relies on a small set of infrastructure providers, each acting as a processor on our behalf:

• Supabase - stores your report record and result.
• Dodo Payments - processes your payment.

None of these providers may use your data for their own purposes.

Deletion

There's no photo to delete - it was never stored. You can request deletion of your report record (your score, tier, and category breakdown) at any time by emailing [email protected] with your report link. We'll confirm once it's removed, typically within a few business days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we'll honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction.
